Just watched a new mini-movie by Wong Fu Productions on Youtube, titled Komorebi. Komorebi [木漏れ日] by Wong Fu Productions It was sweet and romantic a la Wesley Chan and the music was perfect. BUT it's not the mini-movie that I want to talk about.
So, when I watch the trailer for Komorebi, something caught my attention. It was the orange-ish shade under the girl's eyes that looks like bruises. Naturally I thought the story is going to be about 2 runaway teens that got bullied at home/school hence why she got bruises, plus the boy looked depressed and they were sitting in the park.
After watching the full video, it was definitely not about runaways. So, what's up with the makeup? Is this a new trend in Japan? I don't know about you, but I apply makeup (concealear) under my eyes to hide eyebags. It horrifies me to even think it's going to be a thing.
Please don't let this be a thing! |
